Spring... da de da de da da

It might still only be 10 degrees but the sun is shining and I am smiling. I love spring! Things are happening I feel some progress and I will have something to share very soon.

a walk in the park

Will this cold windy wintery Melbourne weather please go away. I think I am not alone when I say... bring on Spring! The weather might be cold outside but we still managed to have a lovely weekend. The sun poked its head out on Sunday morning and we went for a stroll thru the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens. It was a nice change to walk the paths instead of running the tan around the outside.

Magnolia Square

We went to Magnolia Square this morning, lots of beautiful things to admire. Beatrix it seems is the perfect height for reaching all the wonderful goodies magnolia square has to offer. Which is fun for little Trixie but not so fun for the mummy. It was a very busy morning but we managed to come away with a lovely Moomin book, some fudge, a yummy pink cupcake and a little peg doll.

a taste of something new... finished my first design for the digital fabric site spoonflower. This weeks theme was shoes. I used a hand drawn font to express a girls love for shoes... in any language.

September 2008 was a loooong time ago. So much for keeping up with my blog. Its been a busy year and a half. Our little bubba is no longer a bubba but a gorgeous toddler. She is full of love and giggles and makes us so very happy. Life is full of contentment.
