Carrots anyone

Trixie and I did some gardening today and filled a bowl full of baby carrots.

It's time to make carrot and chickpea soup.

Happy New Year

So it comes around again. Another New Year and resolutions to be made. I aspire to achieve many things this year and hopefully will be able to achieve a few.  More time with my family, eat less cake, meet new people... I could go on but instead I will take inspiration from Motherland’s To Resolve Project.
